Having been raised in the countryside, I grew up with a love of nature and a strong belief that attention to our surroundings can bring peace and calm to an anxious mind. Ever since then, I have spent time appreciating the beauty I discovered as a child.
I am not just a nature lover and Life Coach. I am the mother of three incredible young people, a maker, creator, and photographer. I spend much of my time walking in nature with friends, my family and my dog in ancient forests and by the ocean.
As a graduate, I worked with young people in the local community, promoting their wellbeing and mental health. Having my own family and becoming part of an active local community led to engaging with people of all ages and in a variety of settings; supporting and guiding people to bring positive change in their lives.
My own life experiences, including 9 years of working in the NHS as a Patient Support Advisor and 2 as a Social Prescriber, have equipped me with a deep understanding of the complexities of grief and the importance of compassionate support.
These experiences have brought me to Life Coaching.
